Course Schedule: Saturday 8:30AM to 6:00PM

Other Info: This course is taught by Cascade Raft and Kayak.  Participants will receive a 2-year WFA certification from Sierra Rescue and a 2-year OSHA approved CPR certification.

This 8-hour class will fulfill NICA Coach Licensing Level 2 & 3 First Aid requirements. Open to all Level 1-3 NICA Coaches.

This course will prepare you for performing first aid in a wilderness setting with a focus on common injuries, illnesses and accidents related to the sport of mountain biking. With a focus on providing effective treatments for injuries and illnesses common in the outdoors, this course is appropriate for people of all experience levels and there are no prerequisites required. You will learn through classroom lectures, hands-on practice, and simulated accident scenarios.
